• Conducting QC site inspections
• Managing raft foundation, reinforcement, formwork, concreting, blockwork, and finishing activities
• Handling MAR and MIR submittals and material inspections
• Implementing ITP and Method Statements
• Submitting RFIs to consultants
• Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports
• Supervising and controlling site operations
• Maintaining documentation and logs
