• Organized technical logs for various projects, including engineering and design documents on a daily basis.
• Manage documentation such as drawings (Shop, Design, and IFC), and various documents (SI, NCR, WIR, RFI, MIR, pre-qualification, material submittal, incoming and outgoing letters, MOMs, daily reports for all disciplines).
• Coordinate with the head office for HR-related issues among employees.
• Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information and terms of agreement.
• Efficiently check, edit, and distribute incoming documents.
• Responsible for document identification, classification, and filing.
