Responsibilities:

• Inspect roadworks, earthworks, subgrade preparation, asphalt paving, excavation, and backfilling activities.
• Perform comprehensive concrete QA/QC, including slump tests, compressive strength testing, curing inspections, and review of concrete mix designs.
• Execute detailed material QC for concrete, steel, asphalt, soil, and aggregates. This includes sampling, laboratory coordination, and reviewing test results and material certificates.
• Prepare and manage quality documentation such as ITPs, MSTs, MATs, MIRs, and WIRs.
• Maintain updated logs and registers for testing, inspection activities, NCRs, site observations, and material approvals.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and third-party laboratories to ensure project alignment with specifications and QC standards.
• Verify delivery notes, material test certificates (MTCs), Mill Test Reports (MTRs), and ensure compliance with ASTM.
• Oversee offloading and storage in compliance with project standards and manufacturer recommendations.
• Familiar with quality procedures compliant with ASTM and NEOM standards.
• Efficiently generate reports, daily/weekly quality summaries, and structured documentation using platforms like Aconex and Procore.
