The flat consists of two rooms and a hall, accommodating two people per room, for a total of four residents. Rent is SAR 500 per month, inclusive of water, but excluding electricity, which will be shared among the occupants.

Tenants can enjoy the use of all household amenities. The flat is conveniently situated near key locations such as Al Abeer Hospital, Hyderabad Hotel, and a mosque right in front of the building. You'll also find Danube and other essentials nearby.

Bed space will be available starting 1 August 2025.
