• Maintaining financial records for purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
• Processing invoices, verifying expenses, and ensuring timely supplier/vendor payments.
• Handling incoming payments, preparing invoices, and managing overdue payments.
• Matching bank transactions with internal records and resolving discrepancies.
• Assisting with payroll preparation, ensuring tax regulation compliance.
• Helping prepare financial statements and reports for management review.
• Inputting transactions into accounting software and maintaining records.
• Supporting accounting tasks such as filing, photocopying, and correspondence.
• Ensuring compliance with accounting policies and regulations.
• Providing documentation for audits and liaising with departments, suppliers, and customers on financial matters.
• Familiar with accounting software like Opera PMS, SAP, and ERP, adaptable to new systems.
• Resolving accounting discrepancies and irregularities.
